Editorial Policy

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made solely by the Financial Markets Research Team. No external party — including any trading platform we cover — has input into what we publish, how we rate a platform, or when we update a conclusion. We accept no payment for coverage, for placement, or for a particular outcome.

Accuracy Standards

• Claims about a platform are drawn from publicly available documentation.
• Marketing language is reported as marketing language, never restated as fact.
• Where a specification cannot be verified, we say so explicitly.
• Educational content describes mechanics and probability, never guaranteed outcomes.

Separation of Fact, Analysis and Opinion

Our pages distinguish three registers. Specifications describe what a platform documents. Analysis places those specifications against industry conventions. Opinion — such as the editorial score in our RORMarkets review — is labelled and explained so a reader can disagree with the judgment while still using the underlying facts.

No Financial Advice

Nothing published here is financial, investment or trading advice. We do not know any individual reader's circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance, and no content should be treated as a recommendation to act. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Review and Update Cycle

Platform research is reviewed at least twice a year and whenever a material change is reported. Educational guides are reviewed annually for accuracy and clarity. Each page shows the period of its most recent review.

Corrections Policy

Factual errors are corrected as soon as they are confirmed. Substantive corrections are noted on the affected page rather than made silently. Requests for correction from platforms are assessed on evidence alone and never on commercial grounds.

Sourcing and Attribution

We rely on primary platform documentation, publicly available regulatory registers, aggregated user reports and established market-structure literature. We do not republish promotional copy, and we do not link to platform signup destinations — including for RORMarkets.

Conflicts of Interest

Contributors disclose any position, relationship or interest that could reasonably affect their assessment of a platform. Where a conflict cannot be resolved, the contributor is removed from the assignment. Related detail is set out in our research methodology.
